Correct and clear requirements documents, with a level of detail and completeness that matches the current project phase, are a key ingredient of successful ICT projects. Writing such documents is harder than it may seem. Use case scenarios form an excellent basis for requirements documents. They also have proven to be valuable tools for mutual understanding of project stakeholders, such as customers, users, project managers, software architects, and developers. Use case scenarios are best developed in a group process with the relevant stakeholders: a use case or requirements workshop.
We facilitate your requirements workshops
Depending on your needs, we facilitate one or more requirements workshops with you. Beforehand, we'll explain what you may expect, give advice on who to involve, and instruct the workshop participants on how to prepare. During the workshop, we'll ensure that the relevant questions are asked and discussed, the participating stakeholders have a common understanding of the scenarios, and that the typical pitfalls are avoided. After the workshop, we'll discuss with you how to proceed, and provide you with guidelines on how to get from scenarios to requirements. Or, if you so desire, we do part of the requirements writing and reviewing work for you.
